Say Hello to Our New Director of Operations!

We’re beyond excited to share some fantastic news, Karen, our incredible Head of Marketing, has officially been promoted to Director of Operations! This well-deserved recognition marks a huge milestone, not just in Karen’s career, but for all of us here at FD.

It didn't all start according to plan though, as Karen marked her first few weeks of employment with Fountain Digital by accidentally spilling a whole cup of coffee overt the MD's laptop! But we are happy to attest that it didn't stop her from becoming the marketing and leadership force of nature that she is today.

Over the years, Karen has brought a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and unstoppable energy that has helped drive the company forward. From launching marketing campaigns to building lasting brand value, her vision has consistently elevated our work and inspired those around her. Now, as she steps into this broader leadership role, we couldn’t be more confident in her ability to lead with the same passion and purpose that has defined her journey so far.

Eight Years with FD

What makes this moment even more special is that Karen is also celebrating her eight-year anniversary with FD this April. Coffee disasters aside, from day one, she’s been a core part of our team shaping not only our marketing strategy but also our culture and values. Her ability to see the big picture while managing the details has made her a trusted colleague across every department. Whether she’s rolling up her sleeves to solve various digital marketing dilemmas or mentoring the next generation of leaders, Karen brings a sense of integrity and enthusiasm that makes a real impact.
