Background

Local window, door and conservatory installers Coastline Windows approached us looking to refresh their online presence and to build a healthy foundation, that would later become the starting point for a new marketing and SEO campaign.

Strategy

With the abundance of services Coastline offers, using Webflow’s Content Management System (CMS) was the perfect tool for the job. The CMS allows for efficient build time when it comes to designing for a library of services such as Coastline’s. The CMS also allows for consistent page designs throughout the website using template pages, when married with some well-planned user interface design, this naturally creates a great user experience for the customer.

Once the website was built and it had gone live, we got started on Coastline’s SEO campaign. This ongoing campaign includes a variety of on-page and off-page SEO techniques targeting specific highly searched keyword terms. Keywords have been wisely selected which gain a good volume of search every month but also have an achievable competition rate. We have optimised many existing pages for keyword search terms as well as created new pages which are specifically targeting highly searched keyword terms. We carefully curate the pages’ meta titles and descriptions, content, links, alt tags and visual aspects (for example, having a bold call-to-action) to ensure the page is as optimised as it can be. This helps not only get the page as high up in the Google rankings as possible but also aims to make it as easy as possible for the website visitor to make an online enquiry.

Results

Within the first two months of the new website being live, Coastline’s visibility on Google was up by 15% and they already have 10 of their targeted keywords on the first page of Google. This is testament to the powers of building in Webflow and having a meticulously planned SEO campaign running.
