If you are on a monthly website package then yes, hosting charges are included in your monthly fee. This keeps the website up and running. Stop your monthly payment and the hosting stops. If you are paying for your website on a one-off basis, you will have an additional hosting charge.

You must have editor access to be able to make text and image alterations to your website. This is only available within some of our website packages. If you require editor access for your website, please let us know when you enquire.

If you do not have editor access or need a visual change, please email our ticket system and the web team will complete your request.
